Indemnity Disclaimer of the UN Peace Ambassador Foundation

• This document serves as a formal Indemnity Disclaimer for the UN Peace Ambassador Foundation (hereinafter referred to as ‘the UNPAF').

• No Liability for Individuals: The UNPAF does not accept any form of liability for the actions, conduct, or behavior of individuals who are associated with or claim association with the UNPAF, whether they are designated as peace ambassadors, volunteers, representatives, or any other title. The UNPAF expressly disclaims responsibility for any individual’s actions or conduct.

• No Character Guarantee: The UNPAF makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees concerning the character, integrity, or behaviour of any individual associated with the UNPAF. Any such assumptions or expectations formed by third parties are not endorsed or supported by the UNPAF.

• Autonomous Actions: Individuals associated with the UNPAF act independently and are not under the direct supervision or control of the UNPAF. The UNPAF is not responsible for overseeing or directing the activities of these individuals.

• No Medical Liability: The UNPAF does not provide any form of medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care. The UNPAF is not liable for any medical incidents, health-related issues, or consequences resulting from the actions or advice of its associates.

• No Insurance Provision: The UNPAF does not offer any form of insurance coverage to its associates or to third parties interacting with them. Individuals are solely responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage.

• No Responsibility for Disputes: The UNPAF is not responsible for resolving any disputes, conflicts, or disagreements that may arise between its associates and third parties, whether at the national or international level. The UNPAF is not liable for any actions or omissions that may lead to such disputes.

• Release from Claims: By engaging with the UNPAF or any of its associates, individuals and entities agree to release the Foundation from any claims, demands, or damages of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such interactions.

• Exclusion from Arbitration: The UNPAF shall not be held accountable or liable in any national or international arbitration or legal proceedings arising from the actions or conduct of individuals associated with it.

• Acknowledgment of Disclaimer: All associates of the UNPAF are required to acknowledge this disclaimer, indicating their understanding that the UNPAF is not responsible for their individual actions and that they act independently of the UNPAF
