His Excellency Robbie G. Leighnibor

Robbie is a Motivational Speaker, Talk Show Host, and Author. Robbie is also the founder of Leighnibor Academy, a digital platform for self-development and storytelling. He is a master of many talents, but his vocation is inspiring others to be their best selves. He thrives on helping the young and old understand who they are and what they want for their life. He takes on a unique and innovative approach to motivational speaking, coaching, and mentoring that help members connect with their subconscious state and develop the mindset to overcome their challenges and to master their destiny.

Growing up in a lower-income environment in Kingston, Jamaica, Robbie recognized the importance of education as a vehicle out of poverty and started his career as a Math Teacher in the mid-90s. Always passionate about education but has developed even more passion for the development of people. He has transitioned from academics to focusing on human development. Having been through it himself, Robbie is aware that when people experience hardships, challenges, and life-changing situations, it is not uncommon for their lives to take a turn into survival mode only. His purpose is to help get people back on
their feet and to recognize that there is a better life to be had where they can find their own success, happiness, and purpose in helping build a stronger community and a better world.

Robbie is extremely energetic and a go-getter, working every day to improve himself and his services to others. In his free time, you can find him in his natural habitat: behind a microphone, cracking jokes, or kicking it off on the soccer field.
